About The Mission
The Durrani family has embarked on a noble mission to uplift the underprivileged with a deep-rooted commitment.
On February 13, 2019, a distribution drive was carried out in Takiya Village, Biswan Block, District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. Horner College Lucknow, distributed ration and clothes to the poor and needy individuals in the village. This initiative benefited approximately 50 families.
During their visit, Mrs. Archana Sharma, the principal of Horner College, and a foreigner woman named Keilly, were deeply moved by the poverty they witnessed in Takiya Village. The lack of basic facilities, such as roads, toilets, and electricity, was evident. They interacted with the local people, who shared their problems and challenges.
Mrs. Archana Sharma earnestly urged the residents of Takiya Village to send their children to government schools for education. She emphasized the importance of education for the betterment of their future.
In the end, Mrs. Archana Sharma extended her gratitude in organizing and conducting the distribution work in Takiya Village.
