Disaster Relief – Housing

In May 2020, reconstruction efforts were undertaken to restore mud houses, a Masjid, and damaged house walls.

One of the mud houses lacked a tin roof, causing rainwater to seep inside, leading to discomfort for the occupants. As a solution, tin was added to the roof to prevent water intrusion.

The old iron sheet on another mud house was damaged, allowing rainwater to enter, causing sleepless nights and safety concerns. The sheet was replaced with a new iron sheet and reinforced with iron pipes and piles.

Israil SB’s boundary, utilized as a kitchen and sitting area, was damaged during a severe thunderstorm. Subsequently, it was reconstructed with a new iron sheet and reinforced with iron pipes and piles to ensure stability and durability.
