Their journey spans generations, with a deep-rooted commitment to providing education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. Through the establishment of schools, medical camps, and skill development programs, they empower those in need, leaving a lasting impact on their community.

Arif boasts over 30 years of dedicated professional experience in General Management and Global Supply Chain within the FMCG, QSR, Retail, and Healthcare sectors, working with esteemed organizations such as McDonald’s, Kraft (Mondelez), Coca Cola, and Wal-Mart. His expertise spans various critical domains, including Customer Service & Logistics, Supply Demand Planning, Strategy, Commercial, and Operations, all within highly competitive landscapes.
He holds certification as a Lead Quality Auditor and has played a pivotal role in providing support and resources to relief agencies during natural calamities like the Tsunami and BAM Earthquakes. In addition, Arif has established a Family Trust and initiated the creation of three community centers, focusing on education, healthcare, awareness, and cottage industries to generate employment opportunities. Notably, during the COVID-19 lockdown, he led logistical efforts to distribute an impressive 2.17 million meals in just two months, demonstrating his commitment to societal well-being.
Ghufran, a retired Chief Engineer with 30+ years in the power sector, contributed significantly to rural electrification in hill districts and Bundelkhand regions. He led Electricity Billing software development, studying Canadian utilities, and worked on gas turbines. Ghufran holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Aligarh Muslim University and is an Indian Institute of Electrical Engineers member. He retired as Chief Engineer in 2015. In social work, he serves as Vice President of the AMU Old Boys Association, focusing on education, economic empowerment, medical camps, blood donation drives, and competitive exam coaching for marginalized communities, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Faisal, inspired by his family’s four-generation commitment to community service and education for the underprivileged, has continued their legacy. Beginning with a primary school, now a degree college, his family’s mission has transformed lives for a century. Faisal’s dedication extends to marginalized rural areas like Biswan, Sitapur, addressing poverty, education gaps, malnutrition, and health issues. Witnessing positive transformations is personally fulfilling, underscoring his deep commitment to uplifting underserved communities through education and social initiatives.
An unassuming and modest individual, Khwaja hails from Lucknow. His professional journey commenced in 1976 when he embarked on a banking career at Citibank, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He concluded his rewarding tenure at SAMBA Financial Group (now Saudi National Bank) in 2009, where he served as the Country Head for Branch Banking Operations. Alhamdulillah, his career was marked by a commitment to punctuality and the timely submission of reports, even earning him the nickname ‘dinosaur’ among his direct reports. He had the privilege of representing his institution at the International Anti-Money Laundering Conference in New York in 2002. Currently, he is relishing a contented life with his family.
An entrepreneur and executive with over 30 years of experience in controlled environment agriculture, engineering, acoustics, and climate control. Committed to pioneering solutions across diverse sectors, Shabbir is committed to advancing socio-economic fairness and empowering women and children.
Iffat Khan, a legal professional, secured the top position in the three-year LL.B program at Lucknow University in 2023. Her passion lies in contributing to the betterment of society, and she has aligned herself with the mission committed to advancing socio-economic equity, Iffat focuses on empowering individuals with limited resources.
Shahrukh’s responsibilities involve raising awareness in the community about education, health, and government schemes. Additionally, I oversee the management of three community centers located in various villages and arrange meetings. Each month, we conduct Teacher Review Meetings at the center, offering various teaching methods with the support of organizations like Pratham Foundation to help enhance the quality of education provided by the teachers.
Monika plays a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering the love for learning. Their responsibilities extend beyond traditional teaching methods, as they act as mentors and role models for students. Apart from delivering lessons, teachers may also engage in community outreach to promote education awareness. They strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment, tailor their teaching approaches to individual needs, and collaborate with local stakeholders to uplift the educational standards of the village.
Ruhi holds the key to empowering the next generation. Alongside delivering lessons, they shoulder responsibilities such as creating engaging learning experiences, adapting to limited resources, fostering a love for education, and becoming community role models for the students they serve.
Rukshar plays a vital role in shaping the future of young minds. Their dedication goes beyond the classroom, as they often serve as community mentors, imparting knowledge and fostering a love for learning. Alongside teaching, she creates engaging lesson plans, managing classrooms with limited resources, promoting inclusive education, and collaborating with local authorities and parents to ensure holistic development. Her unwavering commitment helps pave the way for a brighter tomorrow in these underserved communities.

As a mentor for corporates, educational institutions, and the community in the UAE, she is dedicated to leaving a sustainable legacy for future generations. Gina’s impactful initiatives in environmental conservation and education have garnered recognition from esteemed platforms such as TEDx, National Geographic, GEMS Education, Gulf News, and the UN Global Goals World Cup (UAE).
